Yes and no. It looks fine roots wise (no rot) and I can’t tell pest wise, but I would stake it up. It’s growing too wild. You’ll need bamboo stakes and twine. Prop the “back” side of the stem up with the stake and then tie it around. Repeat with the rest of the stems. Also, if your plant card is correct and that pot has no drainage, I would repot ASAP to a terracotta pot with drainage and chunky soil. Good luck.
