@Itzhuehueplayz Hey Ethen if you pulled Mayonnaise out from the nursery pot & noticed that it is rootbound, I donβt see why you shouldnβt put it in a bigger container. Not too bigβ¦generally you want to go up 2β from the previous container. The roots do not need much ruffing up. However, when I repot I loosen the ends just enough to loosen some of the soil to allow the roots some room to spread out in the new soil. With philoβs I like to use a chunky mix: Fox Farms always as the base with added perlite (chunky perlite if I have it on hand), clay Lecca balls, & or orchid bark. In addition after I repot I wait to water a few days to let the plant settle.
@Bplants Thank You!π
Hi Ethan! It's best to repot your plants during growing season, so depending on where you live that may be right now!
It looks like it's in a growers pot which is the easiest to remove (even cutting if need to) so I wouldn't worry too much if your plant isn't showing signs of distress!
Also, when you do (now or later) make sure the pot is only 1-2" wider than its current pot.

@PlantMompy Ill note that thanks!
