A peduncle already?

I mean, it looks like it, but the #hoya is still soooo tiny? I though it was a root for the longest time because it was growing directly into the pot and even came to rest on the soil. #hoyahangout

@MusicalRedmint Hi Susan, I believe that is a tendril. Hoyas grow tendrils to climb. You will find Hoyas will shoot out more with growth which is a sign they are happy. Leaves will grow from the tendril as it matures.
@Rockrlee Aah. That makes Warzen way more sense. Didn't even cross my mind, especially as the top of it looked so peduncl-y. Then apparently the krohniana is more of a climber than a chill hanger and I need to up my lattice game.
