40% cactus soil, 60% orchid bark, charcoal , and perlite. If you want a quick fix you can get the Espoma orchid mix and combine it with your potting soil of choice!

@AggroResting it’s ready made but doesn’t contain any soil. Its only the charcoal, perlite, and orchid bark. One could theoretically use it alone but then you’d be watering every few days. Mixing it with the potting soil helps it retain moisture so that the roots could actually absorb some while providing airyness which helps prevent root rot! Hope that helps

You want it to become a giant get a super chunky mix. coir, coco husk, orchid bark, pumice and vermicast/compost no need for perlite

I use regular potting soil and add sand to the mix to help with drainage. Both of mine are doing great. I have only had them for about 4 to 5 months, maybe longer.
