When Windmill Palms are exposed to freezing temps they will go into a full dormancy. Often they will look bit dead. Depending of the extent of the freeze even though covered, if it got cold enough, it can take her a few months to recover.

Sometimes, after they enter dormancy for cold weather. You won't see new growth until June or July. So I wouldn't panic since she was outside and exposed freezing temps.

Right now the main thing to do is have patience. She'll be back stronger than ever after her period of rest. When she starts getting very stable temps consistently she'll start to wake back up and then put out a new green spear for you to enjoy. ❀️
@TitanicDuwei70 look like the freeze cause a lot of damage but it’s is recoverable. I’d trim the dead leaves, fertilize it and keep an eye on it . IMO it will be ok. But ask the experts @SuperbRaspfern @MariansOasis #TheThread #GregGang hope that helps
