New Monstera Growth

This leaf came in very light. While it is the first leaf that I have seen grow from my own care, is this normal?

Yes it's totally normal it's very common for new growth on plant come in lighter than the other leaves. Here are some pic my dad's monstera collections new leafs and my Burle Marx Flame Monsteras new leaf. Hope this helps!
