Lord farquaad (lol), your lil’ seedlings will do just fine I think. This looks like some kind of leaf burn. Have you experienced some temps below 1Β°C/35Β°F? Or have you let them sit in direct sun? Last thing I can thing of is if water droplets settled on the leaves?
I agree, sun burn. Was it inside, then taken out? As long as it doesn't have a crazy, weird "alien crop circle" pattern, you'll be okay (that would be leaf miners that make the crazy patterns) but once some new growth comes in, you can prune the damaged leaves. Tomatoes are pretty hearty plants, I prune the whole bottom of the plant once its a bit more mature 12-18 inches. It concentrates on fruit production, "suckers" should be removed too, those are the small leaves that grow in the "v" of the main stems.
