My Calla lily looks like it's "crying" is that normal?

It 100% is guttation. Callas in my experience "sweat" like crazy. At least mine did. And though it's normal, I think I've read somewhere that excess guttation might be a sign of suboptimal watering . (Which in my case might have very well been true: every ten years I try my hand at calla lillies and every single time they die because I just cannot get the watering right.) But I'm not certain.
