Finally taking off after 3yrs of touch and go!?.....maybe...

Where do I go from here? Can I propagate these offshoots? This is the first time I have owned an asparagus fern (mainly cactus mom), I rescued "fernie mercury" 😂 literally rolling around in my parking lot in a busted cotton candy tub. Thought for sure he was dead. After a cpl of years of recovery and bouts of remission he is finally going crazy and now has about 5 looooonnng offshoots. I didn't even think this was a thing for this type of plant? It isn't super bushy like they are supposed to look which leads me to believe it might not be getting enough sun but my west facing windows are the only windows I have in my current apartment and the cacti get front row seats. Any advice at all?? I tried to get decent pics of it but the offshoots are like 4ft long and the put is above my head lol First time writing/long time plant lover 🙏🏼
