Why is this happening ?!πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜

When I originally got this baby she was completely underwatered, her leaves were shriveled and just all around in bad shape.. I cut the stem & water propagated her & slowly but surely she came back and was thriving ! But now recently all of her leaves started dropping and now she’s got only 2 little leaves sprouting. What could have caused this? & what should I do? Thank you for any and all advice & answers in advance πŸ™πŸΌπŸ˜’πŸ’š #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #NewGrowth #PropagationStation #SucculentLove #PlantTherapy #NewPlantMom

Maybe a lack of sunlight? It doesn't seem like it would be a watering issue :(
When was the last time you changed the soil?
@thecrystalbabe it's possible your soil mix is too chunky, it might not be holding moisture long enough for the roots to absorb enough water. Could be something else as well, maybe someone else has a thought.
In my opinion it is root rot. I bet you just simply overwatered this succulent. In my experience Moonstones are very sensitive to overwatering. I killed one too.
Maybe over care like too much water

@vvvelo I feel that too due to the fact that the bottom most part of the stem which is touching the soil has tell tale signs of rot. It is black and looks mushy, and it also appears to be spreading to the top. It looks like a pretty easy succ to overwater since the leaves are so fleshy. If it works for moonstones, you could chop and prop the healthy tissue that is left at the top.
