@Lemons If your maidenhair fern dries out and its fronds turn brown and die, there may still be hope. Cut the fronds off at soil level, and keep the soil moist. The plant may re-grow after a few months. So, why is your maidenhair fern dying? Too much sunlight, temperatures above 75 or below 60 degrees F, low humidity, inconsistent moisture, over-fertilization and overcrowding are the major culprits. Ferns need indirect sunlight, moist soil, high humidity, and moderate temperatures to thrive.

): I'm sorry. It sounds like it could be an issue with underwatering and it may be affecting the roots. How is the soil?

I see you added it a few months back and you've watered it four times, so my guess is underwatering.

My plant does well in a glazed ceramic pot in a soil that retains moisture, but is still allowed to dry. You don't want the soil to dry out too much- it can kill the plant. Water the plant when the top of the soil is drying.

EDIT: you can cut the plant back and see if changing the watering rhythm promotes new growth. πŸͺ΄οΏΌ
@KikisOasis what are fronds?
I don’t think this is a fern.
