I think it’s dying!!!

So I bought a plant on Amazon… probably where I went wrong first. I’ve had her for about 2 weeks and she is just slowly dying.

I’ve followed all of Greg’s instructions/tips but she’s still going down hill.

Please help!!

2” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 year ago
Too much sunlight maybe?
@Sproketseeker okay I’ll try moving her from the window. Thank you!
Or is the soil to drowned
@Sproketseeker I had just watered it in that picture but should I move it to a clay pot? I didn’t know if I should let it just sit in that one for a while? Since it went through shipping I was worried about it being shocked from too much change.
Maybe that will work just test it for a bit
How is it in the clay pot pictures
I think... if it was me, I might chop and prop the ends that are looking green. I'm not sure what plant this, but it looks like it might be the type to root quite easily in n water or directly back into soil. I think even if this does bounce back without chopping it, it might look very leggy or not very attractive. So I would start again and hopefully the new growth would take off much better.

It looks to me as if it's gone very dry and then the roots have then rotted when watered again.

Sometimes, with the app I think it's a great reminder to water and to get information, but I would always check the should first with a finger to see if the top soil has dried out first. Sometimes my plants do not need watered yet. Other times they need water earlier - every home environment is so different, the weather/temp outside effects whether they need water sooner/later, heating/cooling systems etc etc. So although Greg is a great app! Only you'll know best when they really need watered. And ofcourse, the root damage could have happened before you got it!
@Shaynie Hi Sam so sorry to see your sick plant . Don’t be to upset about it all will work out @talkplantstome has some wonderful feedback . Cut it back and propagate will help save this plant . Once you chop bottom watered only . This is a plant that needs to dry out completely before watering again . I also think repotting at this point could kill it . Also if you’re in the 30 day return contact the seller . Amazon aims to please . This way you can learn on the one you have and receive a new plant also . . Best of luck
This looks like a type of sedum, I bought a cluster of them & almost positive one like this came with it. Unfortunately I lost it cause they have sensitive stems & don’t like to be kept wet for more than a day or 2.. I agree with @talkplantstome, it looks as if it was really thirsty then sat in moist soil too long. Is this the original pot you got it in?
@Artistic_Stoner yes it is. I didn’t want to move it to a new pot thinking it might shock it too much after shipping.
@Shaynie usually succulents sent or bought don’t have the best soil.. if I was you I’d let soul kinda dry then inspect roots for rot. If they are I’d cut the stems down without the brown but still green in the stem then let callous & repot in well draining soil, water when it’s bone dry. If it isn’t rotted, I’d still repot in small terracotta with new, well draining soil. What I’ve learned to be on the safe side, make sure it’s in soil that the top dries out 1-2 days for sensitive root succulents..
