It will probably be okay. It will start to brown if the plant decides it can’t use that leaf anymore. πŸͺ΄
@PrettyPlant94 My rule of thumb is to remove any dead leaves in order to encourage growth, and to use all the nutrients more efficiently. That white leaf seems to be doing ok so I would just leave it. Anyway most likely will die soon. Good luck! btw I also like the white pots to enhance the contrast with the greenery.
@PrettyPlant94 the timing of me reading this post cannot be better. I just read an article on Greg that says leaves that lack color (especially in variegated plants) lack chlorophyll - the main component for photosynthesis. But! Don’t worry about your albino leaf, it seems to be thriving for now. But there is a good chance it will die off.
It will decide for you.
Mine is a rescue and has a white leaf with just a tiny green stripe - I intentionally have it under a grow light and it has been fine so far 🀞
