Help 😩

I found this black spot and I’m confused on where it came from unless I didn’t notice it before. She’s still doing fine with it there though and I’ve even noticed some new growth. Is this something that could potentially become an issue? #Succulents #SucculentSquad

Is it squishy? If so I would think overwatering. Maybe try cutting it and replanting the top portion. I have cut a lot of my succulents and just popped them back in the pot and they start to grow roots
@WelefulCow it’s not squishy at all I was thinking about cutting it and replanting it. Thank you so much!
This is rot. I’d recommend to cut it off about 5 mm higher that that black part, check if the stem is black inside. If it looks fine then dip it into cinnamon. Then dry the stem for 5 days. Then plant it into dry soil and place it into bright, no direct sun, place. No water for at least 2 weeks or until you see roots.
Thank you so much
@ehery it’s grown soooo much since I took everyone’s advice. Thank you so much for helping me once again 😊.
