White fuzz on Monstera

About a week ago I took my monstera apart and got 3 plants out of it. 2 of em went in just water and the big one stayed in the original pot. The roots on everything looked healthy at the time of the switch But both pots are having the same issue; white fuzzy stuff is growing on the roots only. Any recommendations? #PropagationStation #Monstera

I don’t know what that is but I would suggest wiping off the roots on the split in the second photo. It might be mold from too much moisture and not enough air flow.
This is a lot of mold. Your soil looks very compacted so that’s probably causing it to hold moisture for a long time and creating mold. I would water it with 50/50 hydrogen peroxide and water to kill the mold or change soil completely to a more airy, well draining mix.

As for the aerial roots, as long as they’re not squishy and fall off easily they should still be good. I would rinse them off with the hydrogen mix and remove them from water. If they are squishy then you need to cut them off.
Rot and it could be wet foot
I second @AMG you can definitely water with the hydrogen peroxide and water mix. But I would first take out all that soil and throw it out, clean out the pot really well and put fresh soil that has bark, and perlite or vermiculite to help assist with moisture retention and drainage. I've heard lava rocks are helpful, I use horticultural charcoal to assist with excess moisture and getting rid of bacteria. But I would definitely repot that bad Boi and make sure the roots are okay! Best of luck to you! πŸ’š
@AMG ahhh ok thank you πŸ™πŸΎ and for the one just in water should I let it sit in peroxide/water or just clean it with the mixture?
@Moodyrooty I would cut off all the squishy roots if there are any then you could soak the remaining roots in the peroxide mix for like 10 mins. Depending on how many roots are left I would put it back in clean water or pot in soil
I thinks that mold
@Moodyrooty I agree with @AMG. She is completely right on what she said.
