Help! Are these harmful??

Hi! I was just checking on my house plant and noticed these 😭
I found these bugs which are actually tiny and barely visible to the eye. They're white, almost see through. They're just walking around in the soil.
Does anyone know what they are and if they are harmful?

Apologies for the blurry images.

Probably just springtails. Beneficial/harmless, they eat decaying soil matter.
I believe that those are fungus gnat larvae, and they can be harmful but not the most harmful to plants. I would try to bottom water, water with some hydrogen peroxide and get the yellow sticky traps for the adults cuz they fly around & are attracted to yellow
Looks like this?
And this?
