Do you water before the plant soil is dry? Monsteras like to dry about 80-90% before watering, so that might be part of the problem. They also require quite a bit of light- how much is yours getting?
I do water once a week or a few days after a week. I've attached a picture above for your assessment
@MrReu is that leaf in the front right dirty or desiccated/dried? If it’s just dirty, I would gently wipe off any dirt with a damp rag β€” dirt/gunk on the leaves can hinder its ability to exchange gases and photosynthesize.

Check the soil with something like a moisture meter or a bamboo skewer… if it’s super dry at the bottom, your plant might need a little more water during hot months than it might have needed during cooler times or when it was smaller.

The spot it’s potted in looks very shallow and that is a very mature plant so it’s probably been there for a while… the spot is perfectly fine but the soil’s nutrients are likely depleted, have you ever fertilized it? I am surprised to see a plant that mature with so few leaves, so if it is doing something like dropping an old leaf *every time* you get a new one that means it can’t get the nutrients it needs for new foliage from its environment so it cannibalizes the nutrients from its oldest a leaf even though it’s still photosynthesizing well.
