Couldn’t wait to share! Check out the size of this new leaf on my #Monstera ! It is about 2’ long and over a foot wide.

@nellz4estfairyz What’s funny is that this monstera used to be huge. It started to have problems so I had to drastically cut it back. All that was left was two leaves. I rooted them and then repotted. This huge leaf is the third leaf!!
@LadyKSunshine k. That makes sense. So you got a a mature portion of the plant now putting off new leaves. My most mature Monstera is actually a top cutting from a plant. I grew from a cutting a couple years ago. But it’s still way younger in appearance than your leaves. Over this past year I have started to get some nice fenestrations. We will see where it goes from here. I’ve thought about taking it outside for the summer to hopefully boost its growth.
