@MightyAloLover if you provide a place for all your runners to grow on like a trellis or a pole the runners will make leaves once secured and then once the leaves fill out the runners the plant will focus on blooming. The rope is however different rule of thumbβ¦ slow slow grower and a slow slow bloomer thatβs why I was so excited to post the pics of her blooming !!!
@Hoyaobsessed so pretty! My Publix hasnβt bloomed yet.
@Ninabeena Thank you! So many Hoyas to choose from. My first Hoya was my Krimson Queen
@Hoyaobsessed mine might take a while then. Sheβs more interested in growing runners it seems like. My Krohniana has bloomed a few times already in the year Iβve had it.

@MightyAloLover just outstanding Michelle! Does this plantβs bloom have a smell? I havenβt ventured into Hoyaβs yet except my single heart leaf one. Happy dance for you!! πβ€οΈπΊ
@HisLobster thank you!
@Seymour mine grows under a grow light, I water about once a week and mix foliage pro and a couple Bughut products every watering π
@CourtlyKingfern it does have a kind of sweet smell to it. I love my Hoyas the ones I have are pretty easy to care for. Some are pretty slow growing like my compacta.
@MightyAloLover Hey Michelle (love that name as one of my best friends is Michelle), so I added the name to one of my favorite plants

Thanks for your reply and I need to add some Hoya to my jungle as I have heard and seen so much about them lately. And they are said to be needing similar conditions to my Nepenthes, I believe. Itβs a lovely flower πΈ so I appreciate your comment. Am I right that you also like the βmighty Alo(casia)?β Do you have a favorite ?π€©
