These hoya cuttings take FOREVER in water, but bippity-bobbity-boop in perlite 🪄🌱

@debbiedo Fluval Stratum, alone or mixed with perlite, is also excellent for propagating. It's nutrient rich with trace minerals that feed the plant as the roots grow. 🥰 AND it doesn't stick to the roots like Sphagnum moss does.

@princesspitstop one of my Marketplace hoyas came in Fluval Stratum. I may try that next! Do you use it just like the perlite?
