Spanish stonecrop's windy adventure

I adopted this fragile little guy this morning and within 10 minutes (maybe 2 minutes after taking that photo) intense wind knocked him out of my hand and threw him to the ground, out of his pot. I was devastated and scooped some dirt from a city flower bed into the pot and an hour and a half later he was home and recovering. He sustained some damage but I think he'll be okay. I felt horrible! #plantinjury #SpanishStonecrop #SucculentSquad #sorryjerry #succulents #succulentlove

Oh my gosh that’s awful! I’m so sorry! These guys are so cool and I bet he will be just fine. I used to have one and it was quite hardy. πŸŒ±β˜€οΈβ€οΈ
Oh, I love this little plant. I haven't had any luck with it, unfortunately. I hope your little one recovers.
I hate that but I love these little guys. You can't literally just burry them and a week or so later they are popping out to say hello and growing wonderfully
That IS terrible! But all is not lost. I’ve had plants fall off my walkway, from strong winds, 5 feet down and still made it! With TLC and a little patience, he’ll bounce back and continue to thrive! He owes you his life!! You SAVED HIM!
