Seedlings transferred, grapevine survives!

WE OUT HERE

Hey #farmerfam, all my seedlings have officially been transferred outside!

Archie was surprisingly chill (he normally needs to inspect every plant as it goes in #naturespestcontrol).

Another nice surprise was that my #overwintered #grapevine survived. It's sitting pretty in the middle.

We've got squash, eggplant, and brussel sprouts on the left. Tomato, peppers, and decorative pumpkin on the right. A few marigolds in both to help keep deer and squirrels away. #gardeningisfun #outdoorgrowing #veggiegardens #pupsnplants #dapperpineapple #dogsofgreg #eggplant #squashmountain #peppers #tomatoplant #brusselsprout #marigold
Love it CJ! 🌷
Yall I got played instantly. πŸ’€ It had been 80 degrees most of last week and I wake up to this?!?
@DapperPineapple

Oh no! If it's not too late: cover and wrap!

✳️ Cloche - Buckets, plant pots, plastic milk jugs, lots of things can act like a cloche;
✳️ Cardboard and bubble wrap can be wrapped around the planters to add some insulation, and
✳️ Mylar emergency blankets, old sheets and blankets, tarps, burlap, plastic burlap rice bags, garbage bags, are all good for draping over the cloche-covered seedlings for extra insulation.

Let us know how it goes. πŸ™πŸŒ·
Wow thanks @CorvidFan! I wish I had posted it as a question so I could give you best answer.
I've got a few plastic bottles I'm going to try to repurpose as cloches. The cold snap has already passed but now I'll be prepared for the next one!
Hope everything survived. The weather man gets it wrong a lot, at least where I am πŸ˜‰
You're so kind 🌷

You can actually still select a comment as 'best'. I don't think it goes towards anything per seπŸ™ƒ but I do find I'm (possibly, unreasonablyπŸ₯³πŸ’ƒ) delighted when it happens!
@DapperPineapple that’s a bummer
