The big one is actually a Tradescantia spathacea! Looks like it also has some Callisia repens added to the pot. I'd remove those two and pot them up separately, they're not succulents and they require different care.

@stephongreg repotted and only have two - the tradescantia spathacea and the gollum jade. The rest had no good roots.

@LeadChincactus you can stick the Callisia repens 'Pink Panther' in water until roots form! They actually grow roots very quickly, so you'll be able to transfer to soil after a few weeks 😊
