Welcome Mr. Melo to Greg. He was quite lonely and neglected at price chopper when I stoped in to pick up some last minute egg nog. ❄️ The melo has been one of my wish list plants. Hey there!
A very beautiful plant! It looks quite similar to my Silver Dragon 🐉.
If it's in the same species, it probably doesn't like any water at any time on his leaves...this includes misting.
Also, watering with only distilled water is a must and they don't like their leaves touched. 🥴

@CutePolypremum thank you. It is an alocasia, and similar to the silver dragon because the leaves are big and think, but the the Melo leaves are rough textured.
