My beloved Golden Pathos is almost touching the floor also.
I have very little room in my apartment and due to the suggestions of 2 awesome fellow Greggers, we're hoping to put a trellis up that almost reaches the ceiling.
When it comes time to watering, there's an apparatus that consists of a gallon (or more) jug that comes with a long stiff hose. The water and liquid fertilizer if needed, gets handpumped into the hose.

@CutePolypremum ooh wonderful Joanie!! I bought one online first, but I ended up donating it because it didn’t have something I needed—a pressure release valve! So the one I have now, is my favorite so far. I bought it at Home Depot and it’s just the gallon size “HDX” brand. You can release pressure with that little yellow knob.

@CutePolypremum My Jade Pothos and Philo Brasil are both on top of a bookcases. For those I stand on a step ladder to water. Then I have the climbing wall with 8 or so climbers planted in the basin at the bottom. My hubby and I made the trellis, but any trellis from a garden center would work well too! 🌱

I'm so thankful for your post!
You got my wheels turning and made me realize that I really don't want to keep butchering my Golden Pathos when she becomes too long because her real beauty comes in those leaves that trail.
After much research and thought, the best solution for me is to look for a very high narrow piece of furniture.
As I'm not a spry 80 year-old, trying to climb up to water her isn't an option so I'm taking dear Nadia's @DreamMachine suggestion of getting the manual pump water sprayer.
My lovely plant friend is going to repot Golden soon, so it will be the perfect time to move her to higher digs!
