Love! We planted milkweed last summer and it’s barely hanging on this summer! 😩 maybe it will attract something next?
@Devsleafypals , Hi Dev. I think the secret to success is to find what grows best in your growing zone. Also when you transplant, IMO, it’s important to approximate the soil, that the plant came from.
@Malagueña yes. We got it at a local nursery. It does grow here but maybe needs more tending than I want to do! Ha. It hasn’t rained much this summer. My outdoor plants are kind of on their own. I fuss over my indoor plants.

@Devsleafypals , that’s why I really like the local nurseries. IMO they are far superior to the big box stores 📦. The locals are far more in touch with the native plants. In fact some of big box stores are selling invasive species of plants.
