What kind of tree is this? 🌳

I admire this tree every time I drive by it! I can’t stop thinking about how beautiful it is. I want one SOOOOO BAD!
I know the pic is blurry but I was driving πŸ™Š

I WISH you could smell these flowers. It is one of my favorite scents. It is so sweet!
Hard to tell! It almost looks like a Tamarind. We used to live in south Florida and had one in our yard. This is what the leaves look like close up. They are beautiful trees.
One day you’ll have to pull over and take lots pics πŸ“Έ
@KonaKB that is so pretty! The trunk on this one is very light tan and smooth.
@peter1 yup! I’ll have to turn into that street one day lol
@sarahsalith any guesses on this one?
οΏΌI bet it's a Mimosa. We have a bunch out here.

Have you seen pink, fuzzy blooms?
@sarahsalith thanks! ☺️ that’s what I was thinking, but the shape of this one is so pretty. I think I see something pink on the corner πŸ€” ughhh so pretty!! Are they fast growers?
What about a ash tree
@babyfiretiger13 they ARE fast growers! And I love the way they have trimmed that one. I have a few that are growing, but they are too small to sculpt at the moment.
@sarahsalith ahhh so this is sculpting lol, they always have this tree like this so I assumed it grew naturally so perfect! I want one! That would be so pretty in my backyard! I’m going back in a bit to pick up my daughter from her grandparent’s house so I’ll take some better pics to get an exact ID on this one!
@Israeltraveler this one has multiple trunks so I’m not so sure! Ash trees are beautiful nonetheless, I just looked them up and I’m in love 😍
Oh yeah this is Mimosa tree. There are a lot of them in Virginia either.
Hope you get to 'walk' past and admire d tree again. Love the shape too.
You can Google pics now too… I did it with a tree I love and got the name for it 😊
@PinkNymph pretty! Yea it does have red flowers starting out! Such a pretty tree
@MaturingRimu I will try that! 😊
@Sleepysunday I did get to pass by again! And admired it was 😌 love the shape too!
@sarahsalith haha this was all I could get, my husband couldn’t really get too close as there was a ton of 4th of July traffic for a celebration happening now.
It does look like a mimosa tree. I have three of them, and they’re covered in pink fuzzy flowers that smell AMAZING. Hummingbirds love the flowers. They do grow pretty fast, too. Mine make seed pods that look like big flat bean pods, and I sometimes notice baby mimosas popping up in ditches or in my neighbors’ yards. πŸ‘€ Mine (and almost I’ve seen) all have a shape similar to this without any pruning.
@Jana85 I’m thinking of adding a tree to my backyard and this is just so beautiful! I’ve been reading up on how they are invasive as well! That’s the only thing I’m worried about since I live in a pretty strict HOA community I’d first have to petition the tree and then how would I control flying seed pods?! We all have to keep our yards very neat so I’m wondering if their (neighbors) weekly mows would take care of the baby mimosas? Have any of your neighbors complained to you? πŸ€”
@PinkNymph hopefully I will! Pretty soon as I see it is just starting!
@vvvelo they’re so beautiful! We have a ton of oak trees and crepe myrtles in our community so this beauty really stands out!
@babyfiretiger13 mowing would definitely take care of it. I live in very rural Kentucky where things definitely get a bit more overgrown! Mine are right next to our hay fields and they don’t really even come up there, since we mow them a couple of times a year.
Wow! That looks like paradise! Thanks for sharing! 😍😍😍
I found a few 4-6 ft trees for sale by me so I will def be looking into getting one! Thanks again!
