My littlest #Cephalotus has produced a huge pitcher! And look at the color! I finally feel like I’ve gotten this plant to its happy place! #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #PitcherPlant #cpclubthursday #AustralianPitcherPlant #theamigos #LaSiguanaba #CarnivorousPlants #CarnivorousClub

So pretty, I love the colors! I’ve been wanting to get an Australian pitcher plants for a little while.
@reese.rae Thanks! I’ve had this ceph for a few months and I’m really happy with how it’s developing. They are fun little plants!
That's amazing!! Wow, it just produced a big pitcher like that all of a sudden? The color on that is stunning too.
Question, what growlight are you using? My growlights never seem to be strong enough for my indoor carnivorous plants to get those pretty colors on them (besides my nepenthes, they've been doing well).
@LaSiguanaba no problem! I hope your cephalotus continues to produce these big pitchers!
@Merranda Thanks Merranda! Yes, up until this point it had only been producing small pitchers and suddenly, I get 1 huge one! 😃 I’ve been using the Aerogarden Trio light on several of my indoor CPs, and they’ve done surprisingly well! I didn’t expect a growlight to produce much color in my plants but this one seems to have done it. Here is a link: https://aerogarden.com/grow-lights/all-lighting/trio-grow-light.html
@LaSiguanaba wow, that's awesome! very surprising how they just randomly produce large pitchers like that. Thanks for the link to the growlight, I'll definitely have to consider it! 😄
The pitcher looks bigger than the plant! 🤩
@UltraKoreanfir I think you may be right!!! 🤣
@UltraKoreanfir The pitcher IS the plant LOL 😂 I have one that has just pitchers, no leaves so I guess it’s hungry 😋
@Seymour Just pitchers? Wow! Who would have thought? 🤔🤣. Plants are cool! 😎
@UltraKoreanfir Well I guess pitchers are just modified leaves, just like Venus fly traps. This photo looks like an alien invasion !
Omg that is the cutest thing ever!!! You go little guy!! Congrats!!
Wow! Happy plant!
