ficus’s leaves are curling and plant is growing incredibly slow - pot has drainage, watered well, what’s going on? #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #PropagationStation #SucculentLove #GrowLights #Ficus
Ficus tend to slow way down in winter because of the shorter days and weaker light. It’s usually just seasonal stress, and things should perk back up once spring light returns.
That's a new leaf at the top, it just hasn't unfurled yet. Sometimes they can stay that way for months before they finally open up. Like @FamedGymealily said, they do slow down in the winter. How much light is yours getting? They need a lot of light, at least a few hours of direct.
@WholeAlpinefir light. I live in a cave of an apartment and have grow lights everywhere lol. Check out my oasis, I bought Foxxy and Winston as little ones last year. The big one (Messi) I bought big (last year) but it’s gotten bigger.
