Struggling with geogenanthus care?
For any brave souls who have a #GeogenanthusCiliatus here is a little update on mine.
I’ve found it extremely hard to keep happy. Even on a pebble tray and next to a humidifier, the leaves got crispy and I cut most of them off. So far it’s a #NeverAgainPlant for me and does not spark joy.
Have had some success using LECA with my Calathea so I figured I’d try with the Geo and see how it goes. Has anyone else tried this?

😬 I have one. We are still getting to know each other.
But you had me at "it does not spark joy"! 🤣🤣 I can't tell you how many plants I have Marie-Kondoed right into the compost pile!
As for the leca- I think that's a GREAT idea! Keep us posted. We need a #DoesNotSparkJoy community! 🤣

@sarahsalith I give all of my #doesnotsparkjoy plants away!!!! Some have been given to the compost bin 😆
@angelw1975 @sarahsalith this is the closest I have ever come to the compost pile; we’ll see if this repot saves it for me!
