@MOPGENUINE Yes @MamaLinne is absolutely correct it is a Paper spine Cactus. Paper Spine Cactus (Tephrocactus articulatus var. papyracanthus) requires full, direct sun (6–12 hours daily), fast-draining gritty soil, and infrequent watering, allowed to dry out completely between waterings. Use pots with drainage holes and avoid overwatering to prevent rot. It is hardy to roughly 20-30Β°F, favoring hot, dry conditions.

It is a paper sound! Be careful because they sprout Glochids which are invisible- until they stick in your skin, gloves and clothes. Ouch!
