Finding light for Blue Chalk Stick in your home

Blue Chalk Stick may have difficulty thriving, and will drop leaves 🍃, without ample sunlight.
Place it less than 3 feet from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.

How to fertilize Blue Chalk Stick

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Blue Chalk Stick after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Is it time for a new pot? Isla has almost doubled her size since I rescued her from a sidewalk in Hollywood just 8 weeks ago! 😮 She's kind of a Rockstar at growth. 🤩 Should I plant her in something a couple inches bigger? #Senecio #growingsuccs #succulentsquad #newgrowth

My string of dolphins fell from the ceiling! It was in a hanging pot and I was trying to get it down but it fell and the plant fell out all over my carpet. What are these white things on it? Can I save this plant, or is it completely dead? 💀 Btw, I haven’t checked the roots yet!! And there are more pictures of the plant in the comments. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #PropagationStation #SucculentLove #PlantTherapy #GrowLights #NewPlantMom #PlantCorner #HangingPlants #StringOfDolphins #stringofthings #disaster #helpneeded

Blue Chalk Stick gone yellow Can anyone help me with Denali, the Blue Chalk Stick? The leaves are starting to yellow at the bottom (most recent photo attached). He lives next to a window inside but not in direct sunlight. I've gone by the watering tips/times on here with a draining pot. I've been checking to make sure the soil was dry before watering as well.

New environment, cold room possibly overwatered- help! I just got this beauty and she’s been moved into my office which is pretty cold over the weekends (I’d say mid 50s- low 60s). No grow light yet and I might have overwatered her for such a cold environment since some of her leaves were looking a bit pruney. Is this a love her and leave her alone situation or is there anything I should do at the moment to help her out? I’d like to repot her and give her some drier soil but I also don’t want to add extra stress

What should I do with this plant? Should I cut it and put it in water? Or soil? Or leave it cause of the roots? I don't know what to do with it cause its mostly dead.

Water grown clippings dying after transplant? So I ordered a few clippings off of Etsy about a month or two ago, and they rooted super well, and so when they were ready (3x3 rule of course) I potted them into soil. According to Greg, both types of plant (string of dolphins and string of pearls) like well draining soil, so I added in perlite and some coir. Within like two days they were both shrivelled. I couldn’t save the string of pearls, but the string of dolphins is currently in more water and rerooting really well. Is this because I made the soil too well draining for the roots which were used to being in pure water? Any tips on how to avoid this happening again without encouraging them to rot? #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PropagationStation #roots #StringOfPearls #StringOfDolphins #help #Propagation
