before you buy this plant check every crevice for any bugs or pests and to remove them go outside and water jet them off as much as you can and remove any others if they are still left. when i bought mine it has 2 flowers and then ended up growing 3 more but they do die and you can plant them in a nursery pot and grow a new one. The tips go brown easilyif you over water. If you want one of these make sure you have enough space because they grow out as much as they grow up

wilts when it needs to be watered (super duper dramatic) but comes back really quick.
if you’re going out of town you need to have someone check in! i’ve had one die like that </3

This plant is just... very very dramatic. She had a fungal infection at one point, leaves turned yellow, and she was on a “wilting” pose for a long time. The infection is now gone, and she is content sitting outside next to the front door for now til it gets too warm.
I know this plant is almost always suggested as a beginner plant, but honestly she has brought nothing but anxiety for me. I’d rather have 10 calatheas than half of a peace lily.

Super needy! OMG if you are looking for an easy, pretty plant, don’t pick a peace Lily! They are so fussy and once those flowers are gone they are so boring! Also really temperamental with light, watering and repotting.

these suckers are hard to kill, which is awesome! but they out grow every pot you put them in. repotting once a rear is a must
