Plants are looking great today! My lobelia I rescued also has two new blooms. I’m so excited that it’s recovering! Also I got some new plants yesterday.. I’m especially excited to see a bloom from my new coneflower as this is my first time picking out a native flower since learning how much more beneficial they are :) #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #PlantTherapy #NewPlantMom

My lobelia plant I rescued from the 50 cent bin at the store has got her first flower this morning! I’m super excited to see it continue to grow (and hopefully bring me more flowers!) The plants there all had a pretty rough pest problem with both fungus gnats and some other pest I didn’t recognize. I changed her out of her tiny pot, used a bit of insecticidal soap—she seems to be improving :) #NewGrowth

My #scarletlobelia has gone limp! What do I do? It's a marginal plant, and currently resides in my ponds bog filter, none of the other plants in the bog filter have done this...
