Love watching the cycles of this plant. Pretty easy to take care of and will show you signs of what it needs. If you want it to bloom all year long, take it out of direct sunlight and keep it in very bright indirect light and those flowers will go crazy!

Mine has gotten quite leggy but it’s super easy to cut off and replant bits. Other than that, it survived abandonment from my mom for a few months I’m until I adopted it so very hardy and such gorgeous flowers 😊🪴

Definitely have room for it to grow - grows HUGE! Have a lovely sunny spot for it and be patient with the blooming (mine blooms from May-August ish)!

I got Shell from Walmart in the clearance isle. Someone did her dirty. She was close to dead and she’s not doing exceptionally but she’s in much better shape than she was. I repotted her and put her near a window and she’s perked up quite a lot.

This plant is older than I am (mid 30’s). What I have is clippings of the parent plant who is large and in charge. My mom inherited the plant as an unhappy nub and it has grown into a show plant!

For as small as the Florist kalanchoe is, the leaves are very large, and I like that! They’re very beautiful and easy to take care of. I suggest they be put in direct sunlight for at least 4 hours a day, because trust me, mine began to die with the lack of direct sunlight. Now I put them outside, unless it’s cold or raining. They’re small and make for neat decorations!
