How to fertilize Maidenhair Vine
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Maidenhair Vine after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

What plants have you gotten that were inspired by other #Greggers?! 😁 Who inspired you to get which plant? I'll start! The very first person on Greg who sent me on a mission to identify a plant in her profile picture was @spiderolga and her Maidenhair Vine! It's a gorgeous plant! I didn't stop there #PlantAddictProbz)! spider mites Hi! one of my plants has a case of the spider mites. i currently have her quarentined in the garage and have read that spraying her with garlic can help... i thought the mites died when i sprayed her with the garlic, but when i brought her inside again they started moving! I also read that soap helps but am scared as she is fragile already, and is losing leaves. What can I do to get rid of these??

This is by far the most adorable plant that I own. I don’t know what it is. Probably the tiny, adorable, super aesthetically pleasing little leaves and vines, mixed with the hanging moss ball I have it planted in. It grows noticeably literally overnight it’s a really exciting plant. I love waking up in the morning and seeing the progress of the teeny little arrowheads uncurling into baby leaves. It also holds its own with the succulents in terms of resilience. I recently moved and had to switch all of my plants from east facing windows to west facing windows, the succulents and angel vine were the only survivors. I’m relatively new to plant care and I have a pretty irregular schedule, I travel somewhat frequently, and this is one of my more forgiving plants. Okay maybe not as forgiving as the succulents, but I do have it planted in a moss pot so the water does evaporate much faster than in a normal pot. It certainly ranks higher than my orchids and African violets when it comes to resilience, though.
P.S. I still HIGHLY recommend the moss planters. They’re a tad pricey but 100% worth it because they are SO GORGEOUS and so perfect for plants that like soil to dry out between waterings. Everyone who sees my moss planters wants to know where I got them - the website is SuperMoss and they have SO MANY awesome shapes sized and even different colors.
