About Dracaena Massangeana
The protective resins inside this plant are in Dragon’s Blood, a bright red pigment, varnish, medicine, incense, and dye that has been used across ancient cultures for thousands of years. This plant rarely blooms, but when it does, its flower blooms at night and emits smells that attract night pollinators, like moths. 🦇

How to fertilize Dracaena Massangeana
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Dracaena Massangeana after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Hey i just got this on the clearance rack! Some healthy leaves some are ether sun damaged or somehow dying…. Any advice to bring this baby back to life? Should i prune? #Dracaena

Hi friends! My Dracaena is looking mostly good but starting to get 1 yellowish leaf on the bottom w/ a brown tip. I’ve been feeling like the Greg watering suggestion for this plant is actually too spread apart, the soil is SUPER dry by the time watering day comes. (And yes all my plant details are 100% correct in the app) The days before watering, his leaves start to curl, and 1-2 days after watering they open up and look perky again. I just watered the other day, but is it possible that this yellowing leaf is because he’s gone thirsty too long? AND — does anyone know if I can change the watering notifications on Greg to make them slightly less days between watering? Thanks in advance 🌱
