Not flowering

#Kalanchoe Over a year ago this plant was blooming and beautiful but I feel like she is unhappy now. No blooms and the leaves look sad. Any suggestions? First photo is from sept 2023 and the second photo is now.

Hi Ann the leaves seam a bit wrinkled,are those air roots coming from the stem? I'm not an expert for sure, she seems to be dry in the second picture. Is she getting bright light? Could her soil use freshening? Keep me posted please, I have several myself. #plantsmakepeoplehappy

Usually when a plant throws those roots like that it is showing you there is some thing wrong with the roots underneath. The plants appears to be re rooting itself. Looks very thirsty. Take a look at the roots underneath the soil. You may have to chop it and bury the new roots it’s throwing.

Kalanchoe needs really cool conditions to rebloom. All the kalanchoes sold during CNY here are imports from Holland
