@RefinedPeanut people have different views on whether to top or bottom water. Personally I prefer top watering because then I can check the top inches of soil with eg a finger or skewer to determine when it needs to be watered again. If you have a fungus gnats or similar issue or for other reasons, you may prefer bottom watering. Hope this helps answer your question. All the best 😀👍

I usually water mine from the top and I put micro-lift Bmc in my water to help prevent fungus gnats.
