Tips of leaves turning black

#NobleDendrobium
Hi guys
Do you know why the tips of my plant's leave are turning black and how to treat it?
4โ€ pot with drainage
Last watered 9 months ago
The photos you have provided are glitched? Black means root rot, healthy roots should be white and plump looking, if there are mushy roots, prune them off, clean the pot, and repot into fresh soil
I see the tips are brown and crispy, if that's what you mean, it could be sunburn, minerals in tap water, or if the tips fell by physical damage, they will create that I find
It's probably root rot. Repot it and remove any black or dark brown roots and leaves. Use fresh, well draining soil. Maybe water less often thar you usually do. Find a video online on how to repot plants.
And could you take the photos again? These ones are glitcht for some reason

Sorry guys! The photos looked fine when I first posted it. ๐Ÿคจ South African Internet!
It's the leaves. It starts off with a black halo-like mark and then turns brown.
