Hoya Sunrise Issues
The leaves on my Hoya Sunrise have softened over time, and a few have recently turned yellow.
I don’t know if this a watering issue or a lighting issue. When I do water it, the water will spill out onto the drip tray and then the plant will absorb it later. That’s why I’ve started bottom watering.
This plant gets bright indirect light for part of the morning, and then some grow light beams in the afternoon.
What could be wrong? It’s a beautiful plant, and I don’t want to lose too many leaves.

That Hoya looks really good. You know they like to dry out pretty much good between watering. And most Hoyas like to be root bound before they will bloom. When you water you might try setting it in a bowl/tray of water for about 30 minutes to fully saturate the root ball. Then let it drain so it is not sitting on water. And plenty of light. They like light. Also it is not uncommon to lose a leave every now and then.
