It looks great. I wish mine was that bushy. When mine started to drop leaves I increased the watering and misted once a day. Sounds like you're doing what you need to. Has anything changed?

As long as your roots are draining fine with the extra watering, I'd say it's going to be alright. If it's an outdoor plant, it could be shedding from a change in the weather.
