Whats this root rot?

That’s a happy healthy root
Rotted roots are black or mushy, or stringy and fall off when gently tugged. New roots can often be fluffy looking!
On some plants root rot can look more brown as well. In general, with all plants, if roots are white or green, then they are probably fine.
