Is he okay?

I’m trying to grow a black bat flower for the first time. I made the mistake of putting it in direct sunlight but now it’s under a grow light. I mist it regularly multiple times a day and do a big watering once a week. Am I doing anything wrong? He looks a bit dry but his soil isn’t… flower">#BlackBatflower

So overwatering can make your leaves appear wilted πŸ₯€, so take that into consideration. You might be giving too much water with the misting. I’d suggest letting the soil dry out a little and letting the plant rest. Misting isn’t the most effective method. If you can, I’d switch to using a humidifier. It will improve your growth significantly. Make sure when you water, you water around and not directly on the roots. You can use a water meter or just your finger to about knuckle depth, and if your soil is moist, don’t water. πŸ’¦ Lastly, avoid tap water if possible πŸ˜‰. Please let me know if I wasn’t clear or if you have questions. I’d love to hear updates and see more pictures. This one is one of my favorite plants. Mine are coming in March, so I’m excited to be growing them with you πŸ˜‰πŸ«ΆπŸ»
Thank you! I will get a humidifier asap!
