If it’s coming into autumn where you live leaf fall is totally normal. I have two pomegranate bonsai, one indoors and one outdoors, and they are both shedding their leaves for the past week or so.
Keep an eye on the soil and let it dry a bit before watering again. Don’t bother with any fertilizers or tonics since it’s going dormant for the season.
