Now what???

Question

The other day, my #Sedeveria dropped almost all her mature leaves. I thought it was likely temperature shock and/or overwatering. So I left it be in a warm spot in my garage under a grow light. (That’s where it had been happiest prior to dropping her leaves.) Since then it has dropped the rest of her mature leaves and the stem looks like it’s starting to get prune-y. I pulled her up to check for root rot but see nothing. How do I save what’s left? Just let her dry out, repot, and pray? What’s else is there to do? 😭
