What’s wrong with this stem

#Dracaena
3ft to light, indirect
8” pot with drainage
Last watered 3 days ago
Looks like root rot. Of the leaf is mushy that will confirm it. Remove the leaf and use cactus or succulent soil. Sanseveria is very forgiving of neglect so don’t water it so much.
My #SnakePlant (I call her Sahara) began to curl some months ago. I believe read on the app that it was also because of overwatering; if I remember correctly, it instructed me to only water once a month. I began that monthly watering process about two months ago, and moved her from a NW facing window (where she was getting too much sunlight) to a SW facing window (where she doesn’t get as much sunlight, due to the trees in my front yard). She appears to be β€˜uncurling’ but I’m just a bit inpatient. Her leaves are certainly growing taller, but will they soon uncurl and return to that β€˜flat’ look that I so love?
Maybe a better term would have been β€˜folding in’ πŸ«€πŸ€”πŸ§
