Best Way to Water Pt. 2
Hey, everyone, Iβm back again! Itβs watering day for my Strawberry Shake, and itβs got the tray/dish thingy as my Micans. How should I water this guy? Any other care tips that you point out are unnecessary but greatly appreciated! #HappyPlants #PlantMoms #philodendronstrawberryshake #wateringhelp I would also like to note that, according to community analysis, Cheerwine Float is under watered. Is there a good rule of thumb to perk her back up and keep her healthy? Iβve just been letting faucet water run in slowly until water starts to run out the drainage holes.
2ft to light, direct
3β pot with drainage

Well, i wouldnt use tap water first & foremost (unless it sits out to allow Cl- to dissipate) filtered water if u have fridge door that dispenses water is good or Brita filters work well to give u filtered water which is what i use plus SuperTgrive vitamins added to my water. Also try using a small sprouted watering can so ur not getting a βblastβ of water all in one spot. U can also trt bottom-watering too so the roots get the water right away. Unless ur home has a water filter, id stay away from tap. The very best is a rainwater barrell to colpect rainwater which is the best & hey, cant beat the price!!
@BuffCaperspurge so basically, filtered/clean water, and donβt make all of the water pour in one place? And by bottom-watering, do you mean pouring the water into the bottom dish and letting it soak up to the roots?
