For every success there’s another issue 🤦

My Echeveria is potentially sending out a flower stalk, which is great. But this darling? Nope. She’s just not having it apparently.

She was in her nursery soil for ages and I think it had peat moss that went hydrophobic, so I repotted her. She was starting to wilt a bit so I assumed that the soil wasn’t taking up water properly. It’s a mixture of old soil really: coir, perlite, potting soil. Her plant card said that she liked well-draining soil so I thought this would be fine.

I gave her a biiiig drink and put her back on my bedside table. It’s quite dark there, the only light she gets really is from my (regular) LED lamp, and she’s quite far from the window. I thought she looked a bit floppy due to the stress of repotting so I put her under my grow light with some other plants to give her some extra light.

Theeeenn she got floppier, so I moved her onto my piano; right by the western window, and it’s winter so no harsh sun. What I will say is that it is quite close to the radiator, so that could be a factor.

Shes just getting floppier by the day really. I only repotted her two or three days ago. I’ve given her some good drinks but her root system is actually quite small so I’m not sure how much she’s taking up. She’s also started dropping leaves now, so I thought that I should probably ask for advice at this point.

Is this just a temperamental type of plant or is she stressed?? Or have I done something wrong? She seemed completely fine on my bedside table for ages, it’s only when her soil got so dry that it pulled away from the pot did this become an issue!!

Her plant card picture is her when she was fresh from the nursery btw.

U r speaking of a succulent if im reading ur question correctly so i think u have given her WAY too much water !!! Also, light from a normal light (led or no) mudt be either from sunlight or grow light. U can get grow light bulbs & that way tge lamp would be ok probably, but i think ur issue now is tge overwatering. U r correct that repotting causes stress as does any change to plant but that coupled w all the wster u mentioned is probably ur biggest problem now. As much as i hate to recommend this, i think u need to get her out of this pool of water and repot (the best soil would ve a succulent formula. Peat moss will “hold“ water which is y its used in propogation and new plants but for good-draining soil, i would use as little as possible of any type of moss. If u dont have succulent soil, just repot her in new, dry soil but try to switch to succulent form asap and make sure she is absolutely 100% dry before u water, or vetter yet wait a few days beyond when u think shes dry and only water til it comes thru drainage; if u can, let a bit of wster pool around the top of soil, swirl around if needed, then add a bit more, etc until u get some drops from bottom (make sure u have drainage) i assume u do but i apologize i neglected to check before answering.
