what's with the varigation????

my (seemingly) jade pothos has some increasingly crazy varigated leaves- is it the sun or what? (yes i know she's a bit wilted- i just came back form a trip 😭😭) #Pothos #JadePothos #GregGang #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #variegatedplants
@PizzazledPothos I think that might be a marble photos. I have one in the leafs look quite similar.
Hi Clara! Funny you posted this as I was going to show mine, as it is doing the same thing. I bought mine from the Greg Shop, and was a beautiful deep green. I did a little research and this is what I found- β€œIf a solid-green Jade Pothos starts showing golden colors, it is typically a sign of reversion to a Golden Pothos, increased light exposure. Now if the golden/yellow color is solid and dullβ€”it could be from improper watering or nutrient stress.” Mine is dry healthy, but I have mine on my outdoor back patio, in indirect bright light, but it does get early morning dappled sun for a few hours. Not dry healthy- meant very lol
@PizzazledPothos A good dose of morning sun does this . Mine was always green until I let it get the morning rays. It starts off yellow then can go white as mine have .
